The beaches of West Grand Traverse Bay are a block away, and downtown Traverse City is right around the bend. This new, nicely appointed 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, pet- friendly Condo gives you all the comfort, style and convenience you could want during your stay in Northern Michigan.

Please Note: ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/ guardian.
**There is a Pet fee, 2 dogs allowed, and a 20lbs max**

The Space:
This condo is 2,200 square feet in size.
First Floor -
Living Room, Fully equipped Kitchen, Dining, Large Primary Bedroom with King Bed, Full Bathroom with walk-in Shower.
Please note: We have replaced the Keurig coffee maker with a regular drip.

Second Floor -
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed with attached full bathroom with shower and tub
3rd Bedroom: Full Bed.
Loft area seating /TV area with sleeper sofa perfect for kiddos.

Condo is situated as a side-by-side duplex with separate entrances, sharing a wide double driveway for both garages. You'll have room to park 3 cars. One in garage, 2 in driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Quite residential neighborhood off a main road that hugs the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay.
Close to restaurants, beach, bike trail.

Across street from Marina parking lot with available paid parking suitable for large trailers and boats.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.**20lbs MAX per HOA rules.**
