Ne pas choisir cet hĂŽtel pour la piscine, car, elle n'est pas bien entretenu. Le matin que l'on y Ă©tait, l'eau y Ă©tait trouble et ca sentait mauvais. La dame nous avertit de ne pas se baigner pour lui donner le temps de mettre des produits. A la vue et l'odeur, ça nous a coupĂ© l'envie. Elle nous a dit d'attendre 30 minutes, ce qui est trĂšs peu pour laisser agir les produits tant qu'a nous. Un entretien regulier de la piscine assure la qualitĂ© de l'eau, pas un traitement le matin mĂȘme ! Ça aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre fait la veille. Le dejeuner est ordinaire. Le comfort du matelas est ordinaire. TrĂšs ordinaire comme place. Seulement son emplacement prĂšs de l'autoroute lui donne un avantage. Pas trĂšs super. Et encore moins super 8 fois.

La chambre etait propre, le personnel acceuillant et avenant. Le seul petit bémol est que le stationnement n'est pas assez gros. Heureusement qu'il y a le stationnement de la SAAQ directement à coté.

Il n’y a pas de service aux chambres pour les sĂ©jours de moins de trois jours. De nouvelles serviettes et une femme de chambre qui fait mon lit devraient ĂȘtre inclus peu importe la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour. Lors de mes deux sĂ©jours, l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait malheureusement bondĂ© d’équipes de joueurs de hockey. Ceux-ci accaparaient la piscine et le spa (pourtant rĂ©servĂ© aux adultes), couraient dans les corridors jusqu’à tard le soir et gaspillaient beaucoup au dĂ©jeuner. Je n’ai pas vu de surveillance de la part du personnel de l’hĂŽtel et je crois que cela serait nĂ©cessaire lors des week-ends de tournoi avec de nombreuses Ă©quipes.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The property is clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again if there were more hot breakfast choices.
