I was under the impression that this was a fenced in area (for my dog), however it is not. The listing made it seem like everything "outside" was shared, but that is not the case. One tenant gets one fire pit/area and the other tenant gets the other. Cant pick/no choice. The property is kind of tucked away and the driveway is tight and narrow. We missed it, and had to turn around and go back through. The laundry room smelled a bit like urine, and there was all kinds of leaves/debris in the washer. Overall didnt look clean. The furniture in the house is outdated and stained. The one recylined chair pictured in the listing had an ottoman, and it was broke, held together by one screw. My mother almost hurt her leg using it. The iron door lock/hook to the bathroom was broken and fell off when we tried to lock the bathroom door, almost got my toe (heavy as hell). The rugs in the bedroom were stained and nasty. The beds were uncomfortable. Kitchenware out dated. The decor was awful, and untasteful. No firewood available. So that i was not blamed/charged i contacted the "host" to advise of the broken items. At that point i was told the people that stayed prior to us was there for a week and they did a number.. I then used that time to ask about fire wood, and was told that "wood" was not provided. However, the host did come on the property later that day to bring some old wood from the back/woods part of the house. I will not stay here again. Totally embrassed by guests
