There's a snack bar/deli on site. Free breakfast is available daily. Public spaces have free WiFi. An outdoor pool, a terrace, and a garden are also featured at Adobe Rose Inn B&B. Self parking is free. A complete renovation of Adobe Rose Inn B&B was completed in January 2024.
This Tuscan-style Tucson bed & breakfast is smoke free.
I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. Interesting decor and everything you could need to be comfortable, thank you
What a little gem of an Inn. Very comfortable and great location for exploring Tuscon and the surrounding area. Lovely three course homemade breakfasts every day and a lovely host who gave great recommendations for visiting and dining.
We had a wonderful 8 night stay at Adobe Rose. Dina and the staff did a great job with the 3 course breakfast and everything else. The property is very well kept and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in the center of Tucson was very good for us, close to everything in town and good for day trips out of town in any direction.
Big fan of the Adobe Rose! About a mile walk to the UA Campus. Comfortable rooms with nice amenities and a lovely breakfast every day. Always like to stay here when we visit our daughter!
This is a lovely place to stay with close proximity to U of A. Dina is a wonderful host, the food is delicious and we will be back! Highly highly recommend.
Love this little oasis! Have stayed here 3x over the past 4 years when in town and always felt so relaxed in that space. The innkeepers were always great!
We stayed two nights and loved it. The location is great. Parking is easy. The staff is wonderful. The room was clean. Breakfasts and snacks were perfect. We will happily return.
Older property in neighborhood close to university.
Our room was tiny, not private, furniture was rickety, only
one small wooden chair to sit on. The bed faced the bathroom and the make -shift kitchen - it felt like we were in a 1972 mobile home that we spent $343 a night - a total rip-off from the owners! The manager was sweet and did get best....
Great locstion, great breakfast and great bed...with nice host to boot. We would happily return. Our room and bathroom were a little cramped, but adequate. Bathroom is set to be redone.
We absolutely loved our stay here. We spent most of our time at the Inn. The property is lovely and the host, Terry is fantastic. Truly above and beyond service.
