Cereus Vista- Outstanding Views

Welcome to Cereus Vista. The views are spectacular and the Night Blooming Cereus is plentiful. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the patio or hot tub and your morning coffee or lunch under the breezeway that is designed to move air between the covered patio.
This beautiful desert home boasts a main home with an open kitchen living room with exposed beams and a kiva fireplace great for family gatherings. Spacious bedroom with comfy king bed. Master bath with walk-in shower. Across the open courtyard, there are two separate one-bedroom Casitas. DeGrazia casita has a king bed and full bath. The second casita has a full bed and a full bath- perfect for families or couples with complete privacy (not suitable for small children). Tile throughout the entire home. Washer and dryer located in the main house- with a fully stocked kitchen. Everything you will need to have an amazing stay. Ample parking on the curved driveway. There are cameras outside by the garage area. If you are looking to disconnect and enjoy the Arizona desert this is the home for you. Plan to arrive during the daylight hours as the home is remote and much easier to find before sunset. Do not cross the arroyo if it is raining.
Wildlife abounds at Cereus Vista so be on the lookout for native animals, especially the javelina, jackrabbits, and cottontails. Just 20 minutes from downtown Tucson. This semiprivate home is a peaceful retreat while still being close to services, restaurants and our local treasure, the Saguaro National Monument.

Favorite places to visit. Hieroglyphs are just down the road on the way to Saguaro National Park West at Picacho and Signal Peak. The Desert Museum- a gem highlighting animals native to the Sonoran Desert and showcasing native plants and the ecology of the diverse desert landscape.

House Rules
- Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150/pet that is non-refundable.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
