Upon arriving we were greeted by Albert, he was so professional, welcoming and answered all of our questions. Our check in with Albert was painless and we immediately felt like we were home. The location is easy to drive in and out off. The front desk staff in the evening especially are disrespectful, cold and rude. I have stayed there 4xs- and have never gotten a smile out of any of them. Especially, Lucas Tucker in the night shift - who I will be calling corporate to place a formal complaint against his comments. They are definitely not mid-west nice.
