Location! Location! NW Central Tucson and only 15 minutes driving distance to the University of Arizona. This single-family home has a fenced front yard with one-car private parking.

Many fun indoor and outdoor activities and social events are plentiful year-round!
Outdoor activities include biking, bicycling, dog walking, skydiving in Marana (30 minutes away), and much more.

There are many indoor activities to enjoy like indoor skydiving simulation, concerts and musicals at the Tucson Convention Center, Fox Theater shows and venues. The Children's Museum and enjoy learning about Old Pueblo's history at one of Downtown Tucson's Historic museums.

FREE parking in the driveway under the carport. Please do not park under the carport IF you are driving a large van or SUV with a low clearance. Instead, please park in the designated # 1 parking spot adjacent the carport.

The place was nice but it had no heat and the shower water temperature was a mess!!! It needs to be fixed!!

great location but . . . . arrived - no TV,no WiFi, no heat , no curtain, no coffee maker, no bath mat - day 5 frig flooded lost most of our food ( $30) great 99Cent store nearby to buy amenities we made it work for us !
