This is an estate home sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is private, with no through traffic, and has BIG mountain views from the home`s upper patios. The property has a separate large guesthouse (3 BR | 2 BA) that can also be rented with this home if you have a large family or multiple families traveling together.

Full access to the primary home`s entire property (with the exception of the guesthouse, unless rented together)

Mountain views, desert living at its finest. One of Tucson`s finest properties and amazing estate amenities. Sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, no through traffic, quiet and peaceful. Likely to see wildlife.

NOTE: The hot tub is heated at no additional charge. Heating the pool is an optional extra-fee amenity. The daily fee for heating the pool is $84. Please let us know if you want the pool heated during your stay, and we will ensure it`s ready upon your arrival.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

CAMERA: This property has one doorbell-style/exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property on the exterior only to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)
We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.

1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.

3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.

4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.

5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.

6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.

7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest`s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.

8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement:
a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only
b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address
c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.

9. POOL & HOT TUB RULES:
a) No unsupervised children in the pool/hot tub areas.
b) NO DIVING.
c) No glass in the pool/hot tub areas. Any broken glass will require a full pool/hot tub drain. Guests will incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in the pool/hot tub.
d) No swimming in the pool or using the hot tub after 10 pm.
e) Advised NOT to stay in the hot tub longer than 15 minutes and NOT drink alcohol while in the hot tub.

My family and I stayed here while I had a job in Tucson. The house is very spacious and clean. The theater was a big hit for my kids and everyone loved the couch in there. The kitchen was well equipped. The house has a lot to offer. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

This was an amazing VRBO. The house is perfect, modern, clean, and well laid out. Love the separate master upstairs with rooftop outdoor seating. Amazing sunset views from above! The yard and pool were incredibly relaxing and just what we needed. Communication and entry were all seamless. We enjoyed the large lot with so much privacy. Definitely coming back!

AMAZING HOME!We have stayed at a number of homes in AZ and this was by far the best! A well appointed kitchen, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and space for our extended family! The location was great and close to much while still being a very quiet neighborhood! We will be back for sure!

BALLER HOUSE!

A group of us stayed to celebrate my birthday! We used every inch of the house and were impressed with everything, especially the kitchen cabinets. :).Everything was lovely. The views, the pool, the comfortable beds, the interior decorating, the glass windows, the WiFi, communication with management. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was very clean, in a beautiful location and top notch across the board. We enjoyed the spacious layout and high end decor. The home had everything a guest could want or need to make their stay comfortable. Ours was an excellent experience and when we travel to Tucson again I hope this property is still listed.
