Service was poor. Their main concern was collecting a &100 deposit which they took their sweet time to return. Breakfast was awful. Bunch of cheap sugary junk food. I have stayed here before which was a much better experience.

Staff interaction was courteous. My fridge was broken and they replaced it within half an hour. The breakfast was pretty sparse, but they didn't mind that we ate multiple yogurts and stuck granola bars in our bags. Items like bedspreads and towels were worn out, and soap/shampoo provisions were minimal. However, it was an affordable and respectable location for many people travelling across the border and it was quiet.

I was told the pawn check in that the breakfast would include eggs and sausage, but of course it was just cereal so many pastries. No eggs, no sausage. There are four of us and there were only two towels in the room so I asked for more and they told me that they would have to ask because people steal them. I told them I wasn’t going to steal the towels if they could please give me the appropriate amount that we needed them. my room key didn’t work for the pool so I had to keep going back-and-forth to the front for help. They have an ice machine that you’re not allowed to use. You have to see the attendant in the office if you want a little bit of ice. Just athey have an ice machine that you’re not allowed to use.
