We checked in around 10:30 p.m., and the receptionist was quite serious. I requested a quiet room, and she said, “I gave you a quiet room.” However, the room was next to the street, and the traffic noise was very loud throughout the night. I couldn’t fall asleep until 3 a.m.
In the morning, the housekeeper opened the door without knocking. Then at 11:12 a.m., the front desk called and told me that I needed to check out unless I wanted to stay another night. I asked if we could have a late checkout, around 12 or 1 p.m., but she said no. We had to get up and rush to leave.
When we got to the front desk and explained the situation to Mr. Rudy, he was very polite and apologized sincerely. Because of that, I decided to give 3 stars for “Staff & Service.”
