Wind Swept - Private Pool At The Base Of Sombreo Peak.


2004 home with 3 bedrooms + den with sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms, and pool with mountain views. Located in the Continental Reserve neighborhood, this home will make you feel relaxed the minute you walk in the door. Well appointed and decorated. Grocery store and basic needs are close by, plus shopping and dining.
Many attractions are within 30 minutes of this home. Hiking trails are close by too.
You may heat the pool during the cooler months for a fee of $350.00 per week.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as listed. We were worried about the drive into town, but it turned out to be a non issue. Todd was immediately available when needed which we very much appreciated. We will absolutely check to see if this property is available th next time we are in town.

Family wedding weekend

Such a great house!

If you're looking for a great house that has everything, look no further. The house is better than pictures. Shopping is very close, so anything you need is very handy. If you like hiking there are many trails very close. The inside of the house was very clean and well equipped. Everything you need is here. The views from the backyard and pool area are beautiful. Communication with Todd was outstanding, before, during and after our stay. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great location near Tucson

We spent 7 days in late March in this wonderful home. The neighborhood was very quiet and so close to Sombrero Peak that you can walk to the trailhead that takes you to it's summit. The house had everything that we needed for our 7 days there. Todd was an excellent host who attended to our needs, including arranging for pool maintenance to come repair the pump when the pool wasn't heating. This was essential for our Spring Break vacation, as our kids looked forward to swimming in the pool every day. The beds, linens, towels, and furniture were all clean and comfortable. The kids loved the 4 foot Darth Vader and Stormtrooper characters in the media room, too. It may seem like a trip into Tucson, but it is very quick to get on I-10 and get into the city. There are some excellent restaurants within short driving distance, including Lil' Abners, which we all loved for the atmosphere, steak, and ribs.

Very convenient location and host very responsive

Todd was our host and he was very quick to respond. We had a few issues which were dealt with rapidly. Back yard is very relaxing. Kitchen was clean and well appointed. Location worked very well for us. Two grocery stores within 3 miles.

Our daughter was married in North Tucson. This home was perfect for my husband and I along with our adult children. Stadance event center and hiking trails within a couple miles. The pool and views of Sombrero Peak were beautiful! Communication with Todd was great.

Great place with good location

Wind Swept was a wonderful experience. Place was clean with well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was 1 mile from Sanctuary cove and 1.2 to a trailhead with multiple trail options. We have an active family so being close to trails is important. Other trailheads were within a 30 minute drive. Grocery stores were a short drive as were good restaurants. We chose to not heat the pool and had a few of us do daily “cold plunges”. Ample seating outside and inside for a group of 8. Todd was very responsive and answered all questions. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. Would recommend!

Marana marvelous!

Wind Swept is a very comfortable and well appointed house with a great backyard view. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s within minutes of the Passey Loop of the Saguaro National Park and the Sanctuary for fabulous hiking. We stayed for a month and found the location, though some distance from downtown, to be very easy to travel from - close to the freeway and the main road Silverbell. Comfortable beds, a nice kitchen, big TV, cozy den, outdoor patio seating and view of the pool and mountains - we’re looking forward to coming back!

Windswept is a beautiful, well-furnished home in a nice neighborhood close to Sanctuary Lodge. It is stocked with movies and board games, and everything was perfect. Todd was a super host! He went the extra mile for us when we accidentally left some clothes in the dryer. He arranged to have them sent to us! Great service! Great stay! Great property!
