This property location and in hotel restaurant are the positives! Rooms were very out dated and needed some love. Pool was not safe and cleanliness needed major improvements.

First floor was beautiful. But the rooms are outdated and not very clean over all. Floors have large stains and some of the halls smell

The shower was less than ideal the shower door needed attention and there was a knob missing on the dresser. After alerting the staff the knob was repaired.

The best part about Hotel Capstone hands-down is the proximity to the university and all the cute affectations around the hotel celebrating Bama. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy but clean and decently appointed. The restaurant stays open till 10 pm, which is helpful and the food is quite good. Highly recommend if you want to be near your student, or near Bryant Denny or Coleman Coliseum on game days.
