Villa Charm is the name of this property, it is a beautiful custom built southern style home in the quiet residential North end of Tybee Island available for rent by family groups or responsible adults over the age of 25 years old. Villa Charm is a new vacation rental first available to rent as of New Years 2019. Villa Charm is next to its sister mirrored build Villa Palms. There are 4 large bedrooms with 4.5 baths in this home. Three of these bedrooms are each master bedrooms with their own private en suite full bathrooms and private balconies. This home is pet friendly and the Savannah River side beach access is just 700â away. Pets are allowed at many places on Tybee Island, but are not allowed on the beach at any time all year.
The main entry level of Villa Charm is an open floor plan of the large living area and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a double built in oven, large refrigerator, cooking range, microwave and dishwasher. The living area includes a large 55â flat screen TV, 2 couches, 1 queen size sleeper sofa. The dining table seats 8 and 3 additional seats at the kitchen island preparation area.
One of the master bedrooms is at the back of this entry floor level with a private bathroom including walk in shower and claw foot tub and private balcony. The main entry level to this home also includes a laundry room with full size high efficiency washer/dryer and a half bath in the hallway.
The top floor includes the other two master bedrooms with private walk in showers and claw foot tubs and a fourth bedroom with two twin over full beds and a full bathroom across the hallway. This floor includes a custom built wet bar with flat screen TV and a queen sleeper couch. Three master bedrooms have flat screen internet TVs with DVD players. Each of the main entry floor and top floor have separate air conditioning units and programmable thermostats.
The garage has plenty of room to park inside. There is additional room to park 2+ off street vehicles in the driveway and under the carport.
This home has WIFI, gas grill and plenty of porch space to sit back and relax.

The house was nice, with good open areas for socializing and comfortable bedrooms. The owner was very communicative about the check in/out process and some minor maintenance that occurred while we were there. The beach access is convenient and easier to use than some of other the other beach front properties nearby.
Amazing property! Tony was a great host and insured we had all we needed. He even checked in through the stay to make sure all was well. Itâs the little things that make a stay great, and Tony hit it all! Very comfortable, great location, and just an overall nice house. Everything we needed was taken care of thank you Tony for a great day and we look forward to renting from you again!
