New Listing! Enjoy beautiful views from Beach and Racquet B304 - a third-floor one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with views of the bay from the balcony. Located just a few short steps from the community pool and the beach at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club! Watch ships glide up the channel, or stroll the seashore where you can watch dolphins play in the Savannah River while collecting seashells and treasures from dusk to dawn.

The open plan condo features a casual, comfortable living area furnished with a sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The bright, open floor plan looks out to the balcony and includes the living, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand new appliances, and includes a Keurig coffee maker. There is a cafe table that seats 2. There are 2 built-in bunks in the hall, making them perfect sleeping spots for kids. Relax in the bedroom that is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and the SBRC office, community grills, bike racks, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.

Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). There is coin-operated laundry available for guests' use. Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Get away

Bed smaller than queen. Husband had to sleep on sofa. Furniture cramped with dining table/chairs. Balcony dirty with one chair missing part of leg.

Beach Getaway!

The condo was exactly as stated though in one of the pictures when we booked it showed beach chairs. There were none. Not a big deal but would have been nice. Pools were nice! Kitchen was well stocked. Bed comfortable! Loved the area. The property has a security gate but never used. They had a sign that stated nothing could be in hallway and I think was mentioned in literature but my husband left his shoes out after a walk on beach. We heard a knock but didn’t think much of it as we knew no one. Well when we left a little while later his shoes were gone. So make sure you follow that instruction! It was truly a great getaway!

Great little condo!

Great little condo and community. Nicely decorated and fully furnished. Super clean and quiet. Comfy bed and perfect for my family of 3 adults and a teenager. Loved having beach access with outdoor showers for rinsing off sand. Super close to HuckaPoos just a block away! Best part was watching the dolphins play and watching the ships float by.

Great little condo on North Beach

The property was clean and well maintained, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the firmness of the bed in the bedroom. Overall, it is a great condo.

Best Vacation Yet

The property and pool were nice. We loved that the beach was such a short walk. We saw dolphins every day while we were there. The beach was very nice because it was not crowded. It was perfect for my 4 year old daughter because the waves were not high at all.

Very Cramped

This condo is very cramped. The layout is terrible, with a narrow hall, too many doors to the bedroom, bathroom, hall all getting in the way. Bedroom is like a dark box, no window. Bunks are too narrow for sleeping, so our child had to co-sleep on the pullout couch with his dad. The property is clean and quiet, which we appreciated. The beach is not very nice - dark sand, no waves. Wish we had stayed on the eastern side of Tybee where the beach is much nicer. We prefer VRBOs managed by real owners, not rental companies. Very impersonal, too much paperwork to sign.
