Two private upstairs units with patios and digital keypad entry, steps across the street from a beach path on Tybee Island. Pet-friendly with full kitchens, washer and dryer, and free parking—built for multi-family groups or friends traveling together who want independent space and easy beach access without needing a car to explore the island.
Unit B: This is an upstairs unit. Guests will climb the exterior wooden stairs and enter through the front door labeled “B” using a digital keypad.
Inside, you'll step into an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room features a sofa bed, a wicker armchair, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table with four chairs provides seating for meals.
Unit B has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. The full bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, includes a stand-up shower.
The patio is accessible through the living room. Just across the street, you'll find a walking path that leads directly to the beach.
Unit C: This is also an upstairs unit. Guests will climb the exterior wooden stairs and enter through the front door labeled “C” using a digital keypad.
Upon entry, you'll find a hallway that leads to all areas of the condo. The first door on the left is the primary bedroom, featuring a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The first door on the right is a bedroom with two full beds. The next door on the right is the laundry room. Across from the laundry area is the second full bathroom, also with a shower/tub combination.
At the end of the hallway, you'll find the open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential items. The living room includes a sofa bed, two chairs, and a Smart TV. The dining table seats four guests.
The patio is accessible through the living room. Just across the street, there is a walking path leading to the beach.
