Doc Holiday Cottage is a truly exquisite cottage that exudes timeless charm. Originally built in 1930, it was thoughtfully restored and adorned by renowned preservationist and designer Jane Coslick.

Inspired by the captivating allure of the sea, this cozy and sophisticated cottage serves as a dreamy retreat for families and friends alike. The porches are adorned with cheery and bright elements, providing ample space for enjoying coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening.

Inside, the home welcomes you with fresh furnishings and stylish light fixtures that infuse a sense of peace and vibrant coastal energy. The inviting living room beckons, leading to a spacious dining area and three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen boasts thoughtful amenities conveniently arranged to meet all your cooking and entertaining needs. For casual gatherings, the breakfast bar offers seating for five, perfect for savoring snacks, appetizers, and refreshing summertime drinks.

The first bedroom is a custom-designed bunk room featuring two twin beds and a high-top dresser that maximizes space. This breathtaking home also presents two King master bedrooms, each with a private bath. The first main bedroom opens to a full bath with a shower/tub combo, while the second master boasts a private porch, a full bath, and a luxurious walk-in shower. An additional half bath and a walk-in laundry room, complete with a full-size washer and dryer, add to your convenience.

On the home's first level, you'll find the best of both worlds – a beautifully bricked patio with seating for four under an umbrella and a gas grill for delightful outdoor meals. An additional screened-in porch comfortably accommodates ten guests for entertaining and dining al fresco.

Loved location! Great area quite away from big crowds, but yet easy access to beach and restaurants. Loved our stay. Only criticism is you should mention only pool access is by entering gate at front of house to pool, lots of going up and down stairs to access house and restroom. other than that, we really enjoyed the cottage with the beach decor and all the Tybee pictures very cute and comfortable. Well maintained for a true Tybee Cottage!!

Perfect Location!

The house was very cute. Beds comfortable. The location was perfect, right by the YMCA and the bike trails and a very short walk to the beach. The pool was small but stayed a great temperature. We all loved our stay!

Wonderful cottage and location

My husband and I with our HS son and college age girls stayed for 4 days. We absolutely loved the location! Walk to the beach. Right next to basketball court, sand volleyball court, pickleball/tennis courts, playground, bike path!

This house was perfect for our family! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach or the park just across the street, and it is minutes away from everything else. It's a short drive to go into Savannah for the day. Great communication with the host. Definitely recommend this place for any trip to Savannah or Tybee Island. Thank you!

The Perfect Getaway

This adorable cottage is exactly as advertised and was the perfect place for a week getaway to Tybee Island. It was our first time on the island and this cottage is in a great location to head out on foot or by bike to explore all Tybee has to offer. Will definitely be going back and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Awesome Location on Tybee MidBeach

Loved our stay in this cute little cottage. Fully equipped kitchen, steps to the beach and some gently used beach gear (mainly body boards, sand castle gear and a couple very small umbrellas) in the basement likely left by other renters that we found super helpful. Beds are super soft.

Cute cottage in a great location!

Cute cottage decorated in beach style/bright colors. Great location with easy walk to beach. Mattress in first bedroom needs to be replaced. We had issues with the pool, but the property managers worked with us. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool during our vacation. Overall a nice and charming cottage that was very pretty and an easy walk to beach, some shops and restaurants. Tybee is beautiful and we hope to visit again.

First trip to Tybee

Excellent cottage rental. Beautiful inside and outside with many amenities. Bright mixture of beach colors are very cool. Convenient location on island especially with rental golf cart. Definitely want to re-book someday.

We love the Doc

This is an amazing property! It has plenty of room to spread out, it's close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Its in a quiet neighborhood. We loved and utilized the huge front porch and swimming pool a lot. The rental was well equipped and very clean. It had everything we needed. I HIGHLY recommended this property on Tybee!

Family Spring Break Trip

Perfect vacation home for our family. The ease of check in and location to the beach and restaurants was just what we were looking for. Our family loved the house, multiple outside seating areas and especially the heated private pool. This house is decorated with the right amount of beachy comfort. This was the best house ever. It was so cute and I loved the style. It was very comfy. The location was awesome and having the pool was a total bonus. As soon as I get the school calendar for next year, we plan to rent it again.

Perfect location!

We had a great stay this past week at the cottage. We took our 3 year old and the location was PERFECT! The house is right next to a great park and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. You can also walk to the ice cream shop. The pool is awesome, it’s a great size. There is so many options for hanging out outside and we loved that too!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Doc Holiday and especially the pool! It was a hot week and it was the perfect temperature for a cool swim in the morning and refreshing after a day at the beach. Our only complaint was on two occasions maintenance personnel showed up and we were not notified. Our privacy felt a little compromised. With that said we would definitely book this place again!
