Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below.
If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

The host was very responsive to me and any inquiries that I had and I appreciated the fact that when I had issues they were addressed quickly. I was very disappointed however with the parking situation. I rented a Toyota Camry for my trip and there was no way I was able to park in the parking area without possibly damaging the car. I was offered parking at the pool given the situation which I greatly appreciated but I still feel that this needs to be addressed. Also, the water in the master bathroom sink smelled like sewer water. I did not bring this to the hosts attention and I feel that if I would have, they would have addressed it at that time.

Clean and location is excellent. Staff is responsive and helpful. Only challenge is the parking spot. If you have anything bigger than a small sedan you will be very challenged in getting in the parking spot. You can do it but its very tight.

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the quick responsiveness of the management team. The vrbo pictures accurately represented how the property looked. The following two items could however have been improved. 1. The patio cushions were badly stained and 2. There was no curtain or covering on the primary bathroom window. The bathroom window was clear and overlooked the street and neighboring buildings. A covering on the clear window would have made our bathroom visits more comfortable.

We had the best time during our first trip out in Tybee. The condo looked exactly as it does in the photos. With the pool access being on the same street we were able to hit the pool in the mornings and beach after lunch. Everything for us was in walking distance which was amazing. We found ourselves enjoying the late afternoons on the porch and on the cozy couches for a late night movie. The communication with Southern Belle was superior. Only cons were the tight parking space and mild amount of kitchen supplies. But the pros outweigh that! Thank you for an awesome stay that felt like home!!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful place! It was close to restaurants, stores, and the beach but far enough away for peace and quiet. The huge porch was also a plus because we love to sit out in the morning and night as a family enjoying the outdoors. The only issue was the loud upstairs neighbors and the pool being closed half the time for repairs. But overall, A!!!

Great condo, lovely decor

Overall, loved my stay. Great location near the beach. Condo had everything I needed. The parking garage is super narrow, with a fence directly behind it, which makes it challenging to get larger SUVs into the tight space.Someone complained about my small dog barking. If a dog barking on a busy street on the party end of the island is an issue, I do question the pet friendliness of this unit. However, it is a lovely unit and I loved my stay.

Great stay! Very close to the beach. Loved the patio. Strong internet which was good to work remote. New appliances. Wish I discovered the chairs in the closet earlier so I could use them on the beach, but still worked out great. All in all great stay.

This apartment is 1/2 block from the beach and 1.5 blocks from the Tybrisa shopping block. Short walk to restaurants. Very nicely decorated and appointed with kitchen items. If you can find a listing on the 2nd or 3rd floor, take it. This one was on the 1st floor and the upstairs neighbors have very heavy feet. The stair access is on the beach side close to the street and immediately adjacent to the car parking spot (our CRV fit tightly in the spot provided) - a bit confusing to find when you first arrive. It is right next to the trash cans - hold your nose when approaching or leaving the apartment.
