Private Pool Oasis! - Palm Terrace

Palm Terrace is a large 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom private sanctuary with Historic Tybee charm. The second floor features 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, generous living room, dining room, and sun room with an outdoor deck for dining while overlooking the gorgeous pool. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, living and dining room and a kitchenette that is convenient to the pool and covered outdoor dining area. The backyard features a huge pool and pool house with a 90in. TV for watching the big game while swimming or grilling on the charcoal or gas grills, a large commercial ice machine, bar, and lounge seating area. The house is located on 6th Terrace beach side of Butler. It is very close to the beach. This part of the beach is significantly less crowded than the rest of Tybee and coveted by locals who know and have access.

There is also an on-site golf cart that is separately rentable for $100 per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.

Pool Seasonality: The Barracks Pool is open year-round. It is heated on the following date range:
October 1 – December 15
March 15 – May 30
The pool is not and will not be heated from December 15 through March 15 as the air temps are too cool to maintain an adequate swimming temp.
The pool is cleaned and treated once a week. We skim it on your day of check in, otherwise the normal skimming and cleaning is up to the guest.

* The downstairs kitchen sink tends to back up when the Tybee water table is high. We recommend using this sink to wash hands and fill the coffee pot only, ie, not using it to wash dishes, etc. Please do not pour grease down any drain but especially this one.*
