Nice property and great location. The yard for our dogs was a decent size but all dirt (no grass) and there was no light but overall it was an excellent fit for our stay. The upstairs shower knobs slip and would need adjustment too.
The house is roomy. Communication was good, overall we had a nice stay. 1st level - Entryway with side door to fenced-in backyard. Backyard had a pooper scooper but no waste disposal, so take a plastic bag w you. Needs exterior lighting. Luckily we had a flashlight. Parking for a full size truck & a 2D Jeep. 13 steps up to 2nd level. 2nd level- Open living room, dining room, kitchen area with Guest BR #1 and a full bath. When we got there the bathroom window was found open (it was 40 that day) but the knob was broken and had to be pushed close from the window next to it. Kitchen was limited on space and cookware/utensils. Had to keep rewashing the same cooking/prep items but a ton of plates. Not practical. No basic spices like S&P, unlike any of the VRBOâs weâve stayed at. All-Purpose cleaning spray wouldâve been nice to have. 3rd Level - 17 steps up to an open Master BR with an adjacent sitting room w double bed. No privacy there. Laundry room. Shared bathroom w Guest BR #2. Huge shower w built in bench and large dressing area. Keurig coffee bar and Gaming/book cabinet. Had to buy AAA batts for the Master BR remote as it didnât work due to corroded batts. Brush blocks view from deckâŠhas potential. No info about trash day. The bin was half full when we arrived and luckily we heard the truck on Friday at 8 am to get the bin & our trash out. Conflicting info in book and on fridge about whether or not beds should be stripped at checkout so we left sheets on the bed.
