The outdoor spaces are surrounded by greenery and the property's garden offers all the required comforts: sun loungers and umbrellas, space for outdoor dining, both barbecue and gas cooker, wood-burning oven, children's play area and hot outdoor shower, 4 parking spaces.
All outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of guests, the owner lives in the house next door but it is well separated from the villa and if necessary he will be available to guests for advice, to organise trips to the farm he owns, the children can feed the farmyard animals with the property, or to set up the home restaurant service.
