The house has a capacity for 20 people distributed across eight double rooms. Six of the rooms have double beds, two of them come with plasma TVs with internet, air conditioning, wardrobes, cribs, and private bathrooms, while the other four have two double beds each with wardrobes and Wi-Fi, and have two shared bathrooms. The other two rooms have two single beds each, with plasma TVs with internet, air conditioning, wardrobes, and a shared bathroom.

Inside, the house features a spacious dining room with a fireplace, 2 baby chairs, air conditioning, a PlayStation, and a 75" plasma TV with internet; and a rustic interior kitchen equipped with everything necessary like a pantry, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle...etc.

Outside, there is a covered porch with rustic wooden beams featuring a barbecue, wood-fired oven, wood storage area, sink with dishwasher and washing machine, chill-out area, private parking, two fridges, bar with plasma TV with internet, upper terrace-solarium, saltwater system pool, reed parasols with loungers, artificial grass, and lower terrace-solarium.

All the TVs in the house come with streaming services like Netflix, HBO, Dazn, Amazon Prime, and Disney. Additionally, there's Wi-Fi in all rooms, solar panels, electric water heaters, and new mattresses and bedsprings.

It is an ideal place for both rural and coastal tourism, as it is close to both the mountains and the beach.
