The company has a policy of only cleaning the linens after every third stay. Clean bed linen is something that should never be compromised or limited. Especially in a hotel. We were shocked to see the fluid stains left on the sheets as well as the mattress cover. We were not the only guests that noticed this as we were travelling with a large group. I don't usually post any negative reviews but this was something that has to be addressed. I would not stay at this hotel again. From now on, the laundry policy will be a question that I ask prior to booking. Expedia should also be asking this and having it on the listing for the hotel.

It was ok, but a bit tired looking. Could definitely use a refresh. We only stayed for one quick night on our way to Kelowna, so just need a place to sleep.

Booked this place because of the pool and hot tub. Got to the place and pool and hot tub not working. Customer service below standard. The room was so cold - had to wear a jacket - the heater wasn’t turned on prior to arrival. Signage outside was gone - overall - not a great experience- left to book another hotel. Hoping to get a refund for this booking

I was going to stay 3 days but once checked in there was no way! Rooms are old,dirty, run down, ac/ fan unit was so thick with dust and grime it was gross. Beds are uncomfortable. Didnt feel safe there at all. Will never go back there
