My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful weekend in Vero Beach at Dawn's gorgeous beach house! Dawn was an amazing host and had great communication before and during our stay. The house was spectacular - spotlessly clean, well stocked, a few feet from the beautiful beach, and the perfect place to call home during our friend group's vacation. We loved cooking breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen, playing board games and watching movies in the spacious upstairs living room, and stargazing on the balcony at night. It's a quick and easy ride to go to the shops and restaurants in town. Having such close proximity to the beach was fantastic. We watched the sunrise over the ocean, took the provided beach chairs and umbrellas out during the day, and even saw a sea turtle building a nest in the sand at night. Thanks to Dawn, it was a magical vacation, and we hope to stay there again in the future!

Perfect for a family vacation

We were 4 adults and 4 children ages 2-5. We cooked regularly, the kitchen is well equipped, and the house was well outfitted with toys/boogie boards/towels. Dawn was responsive to our requests.

wonderful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well laid out for our family of 3 couples. It was clean, very well stocked and very well located. Being able to walk to the beach barefoot - as it was onlyl a few yards away - was a real treat. And the beach there is beautiful!

A very Merry Christmas!!!!

Our son is at flight school in Vero Beach so we decided to bring Christmas to him since we live in NY and he couldn't get the time off. This house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space to chill and relax. They even put up a Christmas tree for us. Easy walk to beach, great location on the island; as we don't want to be in the thick of things. Peaceful and tranquil. House was very well equipped and the owners were great to work with! If we couldn't be in our home for Christmas; this was the next best place to be!

A perfect getaway

This property was perfect for a family wedding on John’s Island. We were only four miles from the festivities with an easy drive on A1A. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean! The beach is a walk through a short path, and Dawn provided beach chairs, towels, sand toys, sunscreen and even hats and beach bags. The kids with us were entertained the whole time. There was a Publix grocery store nearby with a liquor store handy! Fully equipped and very comfortable, perfect for an extended family. Don’t hesitate, this home is a gem.

Perfect spot for a reunion of close friends.

The house has everything you could need for a beach vacation (i.e. beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower). The kitchen is beautiful with excellent appliances and all the cooking and dining supplies you need for cooking and dining in. And the outside decks are great for early morning coffee to late evening dinner or just lounging around!

Thoroughly enjoyed our extended vacation here! We've been vacationing in Florida for over a decade. We have never stayed in the same home twice, mainly because of cleanliness. We have already booked this home for next year. You could have eaten off the floors in this home it was so clean. We walked in unpacked and started enjoying our vacation. Historically we have had to clean before unpacking. Everything was perfect!

We would highly recommend this property. It was very clean
.. it may have been the cleanest property we have ever rented. The description and pictures are very accurate. The walk to the beach is only 100 steps and the beach is very nice and private. The location is just a short drive from the main part of vero beach where there are great shops and restaurants. Dawn was an excellent host. Very responsive and professional.

Wonderful home base for family to gather

Half our family stayed at the Disney property and half stayed at the house over Christmas. It was wonderful to have a large, stocked kitchen for the larger family holiday meal. And the spaces made it nice for the kids to branch off from adults. We found the shuffle board table to be a real treat. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and it was a great walk to/from Disney. This was a great home with plenty of room for everyone. Just need to use the upstairs space as a typical living room.

Incredible Beach House Getaway

The first thing that caught my attention was the impeccable cleanliness. The entire house was spotless, from the pristine floors to the sparkling windows. It was evident that the owners had gone above and beyond to ensure a fresh and inviting environment. The bathrooms were gleaming, and the kitchen was not only well-equipped but also maintained to the highest standard. One of the biggest highlights of this beach house was its proximity to the shore. Being just steps away from the beach made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sand, sun, and surf. We found ourselves taking leisurely walks along the shoreline, basking in the breathtaking views. Lastly, we would like to mention the exceptional service provided by the owner. They were responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in ensuring a memorable experience. Their commitment to maintaining a clean and well-maintained beach house truly shone through, and I appreciated their attentiveness to any inquiries.
