We stay at this hotel frequently. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and the buffet breakfast is a nice bonus even though we only drink coffee. My husband had an issue with check-in and was very upset. The manager had to be involved. But separately I left my key in the room chasing my son out of the room and was asked for id for another key. My id was in the room. I obviously could not show it but could have been taken to the room with a key and then could have shown my id. It was frustrating going back and forth about showing my id

My stay was horrible.I had to have the maintenance man.Come in and fix the T.V. the maintenance man had also had to come in and fix the heat, which he did not fix.Then I had a second maintenance person, come and try to fix the heat which he could not.So they had to move us to another room. On top of that, the employees at breakfast are very rude to customers. They told me I couldn't get an omelet to bring up to the people that were upstairs in my party. I picked this place because of all the great reviews. In my opinion, I will never go back.

The room was nice. The lady at the bar was very rude. I asked her how much was wings and she said why am I asking her and the menu is on the counter. I told her I didn’t read and comprehend very well but other than that the stay was nice. Also she made me feel extremely embarrassed!

Breakfast was busy due to the Christmas holiday. However, the staff couldnt keep most things full. French toast cold n hard. Ran out of bagels, cteam cheese, silverware. Hours should have adjusted for the holiday. Front desk told us different hours than the breakfast staff. The breakfast staff could not have been LESS accommodating to people arriving at the end of the closing. We couldnt get water or juice tefills. Such an easy fix. Many embassy suites also keep coffee out in the lobby area all day. The room was ok. Wallpaper peeling but fine. The heat was bad, very hot where the sofa bed is n very cold in the bedroom area. Also, we only had the room cleaned one day, per our request. Housekeeping LEDT THE LATCH OPEN, so anyone could have strolled in. I have traveled extensively for over 40 years and never had that happen!! Btw, front desk staff was great, especially those that worked Christmas day and the day after.
