"No dislikes. Jonathan on the concierge desk was especially helpful in planning our day. All the staff have been carefully hired and well trained. They were pleasant and professional. The food is superb. We dined in each of the three restaurants all of which were good. The Blues one was a particular favourite. Centrally located it is within easy reach of the station, old and central Montreal. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is close to the port in the old city and in walking distance to many places to visit and dine. Staff all spoke English - very welcoming to American visitors. We only have two negative comments, one small and one large. The small one is that there should be more hooks in the bathroom for clothes , towels, etc. The large complaint is that it was very difficult to find the entrance! There's no indication that one has to drive up a ramp to reach rue Notre Dame and the entrance. The GPS brought up to the area, but we drove around several times before we saw the sign for the garage."
