Private: large, beautiful garden (fenced). Outdoor shower. Motor access to 300 m from the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 3 km, railway station "Cagliari" 55 km, ferry "Cagliari" 55 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km.
