Each of the four bedrooms features a king-size bed with an adjustable base, allowing you to comfortably read, relax, or watch TV before falling asleep. Every bedroom also includes a Smart TV, bedside lamps with USB charging ports, nightstands, and ample storage for your belongings.

The home offers two full bathrooms and one convenient half bath off the main living area.

All bathrooms feature heated toilet seats with three temperature settings for added comfort. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer are provided.

The primary bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom, while the second full bathroom is conveniently located upstairs near the remaining bedrooms.

A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your use.

Great location, extremely clean and plenty of room for the family.

Debra the owner provided excellent communication and all necessary details for an enjoyable stay. The property was extremely clean, a very nice back porch with comfortable seating for morning coffee, large rooms and plenty of seating for our family. The kitchen literally has everything you need and everything is Laney and tidy. The neighbor is quiet, safe and the perfect location for anyone visiting Wake Forest! I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect- Everything we needed, and nothing we didnt

We attending a wedding a few minutes away and there was plenty of room to stay, park and easy access to grocery shopping , the beautiful Joyner Park nearby and loafs of reataurants in Youngsville and Wake Forest. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, very close to the wedding venue and featured 4 bedrooms with King Beds. We enjoyed the fire pit one night. The toilet seats are heated! Our hostess very responsive and very accommodating. It is .tucked into a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood. I would recommend staying here .

Our first VRBO experience and it won’t be our last. The Comfy Corner made our trip for our son’s wedding so much simpler.The house was clean and very well organized. The guidebook (electronic and hard copy) was very thorough and had helpful suggestions about the area. Our host was very communicative before and during our stay. Great VRBO property

We own and operate a VRBO we are are very picky, but this home was excellent. Very clean. Everything was labeled and worked. So many little touches like a basket for pets with a "dirty" towel to wipe their feet, toys for them. Treats for adults, throw blankets, grill outside, and erady for this...heated toilet seats! Highly recommend.

There were so many things to be impressed about during this stay. After visiting here I must purchase a toilet with a seat warmer. Fabulous!!! The primary shower with bench and dual shower heads; all the king beds; the extra care and items provided for my fur babies was phenomenal. Also, Debra was so responsive and very much willing to answer any and all questions. I was very comfortable and would definitely return.

Attend a funeral

The place was perfect. Even though the reason was sad it was great to be able to be all together. Very close to several restaurants. Plenty of room. I wish we had been able to use the outside area more because it looked awesome to be able to just sit around and hang out. If we are ever back in that area I would definitely stay there again. We wanted to check in a little early because we were traveling from all different locations and the host was able to accommodate us. I highly recommend.

Hi Debra,We had a wonderful stay at your place. You have everything that is needed from all the kitchen items including coffee, both grounds and kerig, half n half cups, to all tools needed, same with supplying all sheets and towels. Shampoo, conditioner, soap dispenser. Even the laundry room was ready for washing. But what really impressed me was the personal touches like q-tips, cotton balls, the aloe face wipes. But the heated toilet, that’s something you don’t realize you need in your own house till you sit on it. Love!!!When we come back to the area, we will be staying here. Thanks again.

Adult family reunion

Four adult couples over 50 came down for a reunion with a family member that lives in Wake Forest. We found the place to be perfect for gathering and enjoying each others company. Conveniently located next to stores and restaurants. The kitchen is very roomy and accommodating for more than 1 adult to cook in it at a time. The kitchen is well stocked, coffee and creamers were supplied. Items like salt and pepper were on sight, as well as laundry and dishwasher soap. We were able to seat 10 at the table for a family dinner, just used 2 of our own folding chairs. The bedrooms are large enough and very comfortable. we all enjoyed ourselves and were immensely comfortable. The owner was very responsive to the few texts that I sent her with inquiries.
