Location was convenient, check in was simple, communication was great, house had everything you could need [beds were so comfortable!], and the area was beautiful! Would definitely stay again.
The location is between Cody Wyoming and Yellowstone Park. It's a 15-20 mile drive to the park and driving through mountains. From our porch we've seen mule deer and turkey and can hear elk bugling. It's sparsely populated, which I like, but not too far from the town of Cody, which is well developed town with everything one needs for comfort. It's a good balance between nature and not getting too far from civilization. The 'cabin/house' is clean and equipped with everything you'll need.
Enjoyed our stay! Conveniently located to Cody and Yellowstoneâs east entrance and everything we wanted to do. One bedroom and bath is downstairs with a very nice sitting room. One bedroom and bath is on the main floor. The beds were comfy!! Loved sitting on the front porch everyday morning and evening taking in the Mountain View, fresh air and on occasion turkeys, mule deer, and rabbits.
Clean, neat, even nicer than the pictures! The views front and back are spectacular and the grounds are pleasant to walk. Hosts are responsive and live on site. Overall, I wish we had more time to just sit on the porch in between our travels! Thanks for a great experience!
We loved this property. It is well furnished, comfortable, clean and convenient to the East entrance to Yellowstone. Just 15 minutes to Cody attractions. Would definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our stay near Cody at this cabin. The views across the road and surrounding the property were lovely with a creek and stream nearby. Fun to see the llamas and goats. The house was very clean and fit the bill for us with three separate sleeping areas and two bathrooms. We enjoyed the chairs on the front porch and Laura got us set up to enjoy the community firepit the last night of our stay. We had a great time sitting by the fire and enjoying smores. Had it all to ourselves. We tried our hand at horseshoes and would certainly have played some pickleball if we had stayed longer. There were a number of smaller cabins and teepees on the property but everything was very peaceful at night and in the mornings.
The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the internet is pretty much nonexistent which the only we needed it for is looking up the attractions and restaurants.
Beautiful cabin. Very clean. Great location. On the main road to east entrance of Yellowstone Everything you could need. Close to Cody town. Larger than we needed for just 2 of us. Owners very nice. Would definitely recommend this cabin.
This was a fantastic cabin with fabulous views!!! Located about 10 minutes outside of Cody (between Cody and Yellowstone) it was a quiet, but convenient property. The front porch was a great gathering/hanging out area for our group (which is good because the only thing this beautiful property "lacked" was a good indoor multi-person lounging area). We thoroughly enjoyed this property and the host was super responsive.
We enjoyed staying at this cabin! It was a great location to spend the day in Yellowstone or Cody. Plenty of room for everyone and very clean. The cabin had everything we needed.
The cabin was great for what we needed. I hate we only got to stay 1 of our 2 nights we payed for, but no one could have predicted the closing of Yellowstone due to flooding. We would have had an extremely long drive if we didnât go through Yellowstone. Anyway, the temps were pretty warm when we arrived and LOVED this cabin had AC. (Most places donât). Itâs small upstairs, but feels pretty spacious downstairs. We ate at a restaurant the owner recommended that was about 3 miles away. It was really good food. We all slept well and the owners seemed nice. I would recommend this place.
Perfect place for a family or small group. The cabin was sufficiently equipped and the hosts hospitable. We enjoyed watching the deer and turkey out the window. Located close to Buffalo Bill State Park, as well as the entrance to Yellowstone. We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed both the location and amenities of the cabin. It has great access to both the park and Cody. Everything was great and we were very cozy even when a storm started moving through!
