This 6-bedroom 4-bathroom secluded home is surrounded by over 15 acres of pristine coastal conservation land. Golf cart included to explore the seashore, neighboring golf club, and Great Neck Wildlife Sanctuary. This home is child and pet friendly and a great location for events such as small weddings, family or class reunions, etc. Home is equipped with 4 kayaks and is situated across from Onset Beach with amazing restaurants and shopping. Just minutes from Wareham Crossing Shopping Center, the Bourne Bridge, the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway, and lots of amazing cranberry bogs! Within an hour's drive to Boston, Providence and Newport, just 30 minutes to the Woods Hole Ferry Terminal to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, and just a 90 minute drive to Provincetown, MA. All sheets and linens and bath and beach towels are included. This home is fully stocked. The beds are made and the home is professionally cleaned and always move-in ready. We stayed here for our October wedding, and the location is even more beautiful than the pictures. The host and house manager were very responsive to our questions/concerns. All of the bedding and bathrooms were very clean. We used Minkle Bros catering, Ashley Spears photography, and Prime Tent, all were great! Plenty of outside space for our 40-person event.

After cancelling our 2020 wedding due to covid, my husband and I finally had the opportunity to celebrate our marriage with a 5 year anniversary celebration here. The property is GORGEOUS. There's a ton to do, from swimming to playing pool to volleyball and so much more. The indoor sound system is AMAZING and I had so much fun putting different playlists on for each room. The backyard was perfect for the ceremony. The patio became a dance floor and the sand volleyball court was the perfect size for a 20x40 tent. There was plenty of room for 75 guests. Overall, we had an amazing time and Brian was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.There were a few things I wish we'd known beforehand that would've made the weekend go even more smoothly. 1. The golf cart was in the repair shop while we were there. My family was pretty disappointed because we were relying on it to take my dad, who has difficulty walking, to the dock to enjoy the water. 2. The AC broke so the upstairs rooms got very hot and uncomfortable for our guests. The property manager said this couldn't be fixed until after we left. 3. If you're hosting an event, like we did, you will be responsible for any excess trash that doesn't fit into the provided bins (2 recycling and 2 trash). I would plan ahead to have a dump run. I struggled with getting one scheduled last minute. Thankfully, Brian offered to take care of our trash since the golf cart and AC had broken. We were so grateful!!!THANK YOU!!!!!

This property was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We stayed here with a group of 4 families including grown children. The upstairs dorm like area with the pool table was perfect to create a kids space. The master bathroom with the heated floors was a true delight. There was damage to the golf cart upon arrival however after quick communication with the house manager we learned that they were already aware. The grill was very very dirty we took multiple attempts to clean it however it still left some residue in our food. We were slightly disappointed that the canopy over the outdoor kitchen/grilling area was missing but we thought ahead and brought our own large canopy to help provide some shade. The fire pit was perfect for late night outdoor movie watching and banter. The beach was a nice peaceful spot to enjoy during the day. We also enjoyed the whole house sound system as we were able to play music at different spots throughout the house and outdoor areas. Overall we enjoyed the space and spent most of our time in the back deck dinning area. Which was perfect for morning coffee and dinners.

The house is beautiful! The beach is calm and pleasant. The bay provides stunning views and access to everything you could ask for. We brought 4 families with kids from infant to college age and never lacked access to activities and entertainment - rain or shine, even if we never left the property. The owners/manager were incredibly quick to respond to every question or concern. Everything was outstanding!

We had the best stay and wedding on the property! The owners and property manager were communicative and responded immediately over any concerns. Prior to the event, Brian answered all of my questions and was incredibly flexible with any requests. Wonderful stay and wedding celebration

Our families had the best week in the Osprey House. We enjoyed the large kitchen and dinner table, the BBQ, the sound system, ping pong, pool, and the firepit. There was everything we needed to make lifelong memories. We hosted our wedding celebration in the backyard with 40 guests. There are some local vendors which were great to work with (Apryl from the TarraDean Studio for hair/makeup, Minkle Boys Catering, and Northeast Party Rentals). The host Brian and the house manager were very communicative and friendly.

Xmas Family Getaway

Beautiful spacious home! Host was very communicative and helpful. The beach and grounds were wonderful! Loved being able to use the golf cart for my older family members. The pool table, ping pong table and multiple tv rooms made it easy to vacation with a group aged 14 to 80. Thanks!

Small Family Wedding

My spouse and I held our small wedding ceremony on the property, along the beach and reception in the backyard. It was PERFECT! The views are incredible, the outdoor kitchen/bar and fire pit help create a fun and relaxing atmosphere. We were able to spend several days and nights along with a few close family members and friends. There was plenty of space for everyone and multiple guests stated how amazing the property is. I would highly recommend the space to stay as well as host an event!

Beautiful Home for a Wedding!

I booked this property to hold a small wedding with close friends and family and it was absolutely perfect. We were able to see the home ahead of time with the property manager (who is extremely nice, as well as the home owner) to make arrangements for a ceremony on the beach, reception with a tent over the volleyball court (with outdoor heaters included), and got amazing photos on the private dock. Following the wedding we also kayaked over to Wickets Island and were able to relax with our guests in such a beautiful, spacious home. The host was very responsive, helpful, and has such a great home to host family gatherings/events. Plenty of fridge space and its easy to arrange an extra trash pick-up as needed for an event. Golf cart is a much needed, awesome bonus at this property as well. Highly recommend this property and will definitely return for an anniversary!

Perfect wedding weekend

My now husband and I stayed at the property with 18 of our friends Friday-Tuesday. We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the backyard under a tent that was set up on the volleyball court with about 55 guests. The house and grounds are truly gorgeous, the proximity to the beach is perfect. We stayed in the master suite and it is HUGE. The tub and shower/steam room were amazing. I got ready for the wedding in the walk in closet.it did not feel crowded with all of our guests. I would highly recommend this property for large groups or a small event! The owners were extremely helpful and responsive leading up to the event and during our stay. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Perfect House for Multiple Families

We stayed here for a wonderful week. We had toddlers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins all under one roof, and the layout of the house was perfect for everyone to have space and hang out in the communal spaces at the same time. It was a quick walk to the beach, and the town js locely, but honestly enjoyed 90% of our time on the property. Can’t wait to return next year.

Wow....!!!!

We were impressed with the cottage when saw it on the internet and were surprised when we showed up. IT WAS BETTER IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES INDICATED......!!!! I am convinced that our family will never experience a nicer house / grounds / location .....!!!! We had our own sand volleyball court. Our own private dock. An island that we could kayak to.....!!!! First and second floor balconies that can see Onset Bay......!!!! the 85" tv was great for movie night ......!!!! The landlord was easy to reach and very responsive when we reached out to him. This is a place that will stick in the memories of us and our kids because we stayed at this "compound" for much of the vacation, and did not need to spend time on the road to enjoy Cape Cod..... We have been vacationing as a family (15 people +/-) for 12 years so far, and this is by far the best location and house that we have had the pleasure to enjoy.....!!!!

We were 12 adults and two under 4 children. The back porch overlooking the volleyball court was THE meeting place for breakfast, back from the beach, BBQ , and in the evening sitting around as an entire family. Our stay was too short, and far exceeded our expectations. Just when we thought we forgot something, it was there. 5Stars is not enough

Peace and quiet and fun!

Absolutely beautiful home to spend our Memorial Day Weekend with family at! Brian was extremely helpful and super easy to communicate with. Such a great experience. Everyone was very impressed with the home and property. Would 100% recommend!
