Come relax in this newer home situated in the middle of Surf Pines, a quiet, beachfront community on the North Oregon Coast. The 2,800 sq ft house features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 10 +guests with plenty of room to spare. From the large elevated deck and hot tub you will enjoy listening to the nearby waves crash and watching the numerous deer and elk feeding on nearby grass. Take a short walk down one of the communities private trails to beautiful Sunset beach which offers miles of beach combing, kite flying, boogie boarding and bonfires while watching the sun set over the Pacific. The house's central location puts you within 15 minutes of Downtown Seaside, Gearhart, Astoria and numerous beaches. For the outdoor enthusiast Sunset beach offers fantastic clamming and nearby seaside and nehalem bay offer a chance to catch tasty Dungeness crabs. Public golf courses, kayaking and miles of hiking and bike riding opportunities are all within a short drive. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, wifi internet, flat screen televisions, and cable for all the amenities of home. Parking is available for boat trailers and/or rv's and house is kid friendly with a pack and play, baby gates and high chair.

Awesome vacation in this home! Homeowner Jason was so great when we couldn’t find the remote to the tv and deserves 6 stars for being so patient.Home is so great for all ages. So many places for everyone to hangout. Kitchen was amply stocked and great for cooking. 3 bathrooms and plenty of bedrooms and beds gave everyone the space they needed for our 5 day getaway. Seeing deer daily from the windows was such an amazing bonus. Hot tub did not disappoint.Only suggestion would be to have folding chairs to add to the table to play games as only 6 are available. AND- the games in the closet and puzzles are incredible, so if you forget yours, you are well taken care of.We hope to return again to this wonderful vacation home. Thank you so much for sharing your retreat.

We had 3 generations staying at the house, all enjoying the space. The layout is great, the games and toys are fun, the kitchen is ample, and there’s a great variety of comfortable sleeping situations. The house could use a deep clean (discarded things under furniture throughout, etc.) and some repairs in places (missing blinds, partially broken top rack of the dishwasher, towel bar in a bathroom was half off), but these are fixable and did not prevent our family from having a great time.

Good location and quiet community, but the house needs some attention. Front door handle is broken, you can open the door if handle pull up only instead of down, hvac system ceiling filter very dusty, not being replaced at list for half year, smoke alarm in one bedroom had low battery and non stop beeping, living room couches need to be cleaned, looks different at the pictures posted, grill is rusty and old with low propane gas tank. Kitchen faucet needs to be fixed. Everything else is good.

Great Vacay House

It was a perfect getaway for our family of six. Very clean and wide open floor plan. Hot tub was perfect for the chilly evenings. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessary cooking tools to make some great meals. Owners were friendly and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely return!!

We enjoyed a week at this property in April. It’s quite spacious. We felt very comfortable at the house and the neighborhood is beautiful and felt safe. The hot tub was the highlight along with a short stroll to a nearby pond with a picnic table. The beach was lovely and close enough to walk over to.

Absolutely perfect for large families

The title says it all! There is so much space, and the floorplan divides it very nicely. We had two whole families (4 adults 7 kids) sharing this accommodation with room to spare. The kitchen was well-equipped, with ample room for cooking while others socialized around the bar. We saw deer in the neighborhood almost every day, to the children's great delight, and the sunset on the appropriately-named Sunset Beach nearby was one of the best I've ever seen. This was definitely one of the most pleasant VRBOs I've had the privilege to enjoy.
