"I was very disappointed with this stay. I had stayed at this property previously. I was shocked by how far it has deteriorated. First off, when making my booking, I made it clear that we had a late flight and would be arriving after midnight. I assured the property that we would be there. We arrived and, lo and behold, our room wasn't available. We were given a double room instead of the King I booked, and paid for. My husband is 6'4". Fitting into a double bed went as well as you can imagine. After check-in, and arriving at our room door, we discover the magnetic keys won't work. It is now well after midnight and we head back to the front desk. A 2nd set of keys also failed and the night clerk got us in with a master key. The room wasn't very clean, wrappers around the base of the nightstand, stained carpets, and a stained bathtub. The hot water for showering is non-existent...barely tepid. I ended up taking a sponge bath from the bathroom sink, that actually has hot water. The property needs a major update. The cleanest part of the property is the lobby/breakfast area. Carpets throughout are dirty, and worn. The carpets in front of the elevator are taped over with electrical tape and the wall panels in the elevators are coming apart and cracked.
The best oart of our stay was the night staff. They were as kind and accommodating as they could be. I felt really bad that they have to work for a property that doesn't seem to have any desire to be better. STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!"
