The primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite full bath, stunning water views, and direct access to a spacious upper-level deck overlooking Pigeon Lake. A second king bedroom also offers lake views and direct access to a shared full bath. The private beach (limited to Port Sheldon Beach Association residents and guests) offers a quieter, more exclusive shoreline experience. Extensive bike trails run along the lakeshore, and both Holland and Grand Haven are just 20–25 minutes away, making this a perfectly central location for exploring West Michigan.

- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
