Staff was nice. The patio door would not lock/broken. They did make a suggestion, however, that part was missing (lock bar)! Not the cleanest room, however, the iron was a plus and the staff was nice! Needs some upgrades, thanks! No free shuttle or none for the matter (airport)

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Courtyard by Marriot. Hotel was clean and customer service was top notch. I would definitely stay here again and would make recommendations for others to stay also.

The hotel staff was nice and the people at the bistro were nice. But the room was filthy. The shower floor was filthy, the chair was covered in stains. The bathroom was just gross and obviously hadn't had a deep cleaning in a while. Also, do t call yourself an airport hotel if you don't offer an airport shuttle,

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. Upon my check in, I was not allowed to check in, as the manager on duty claimed they did not accept tap2pay. He said it would be no issue refunding my money. Turns out that was an absolute lie. I have signed paperwork from Larry Engstrom (operations manager) saying he had done what he needed to cancel my reservation so i would not be charged. He was simply lying through his teeth. Shadiest hotel I've ever encountered. Will notstay at another marriott property for the rest of my days. Nor will I ever use Expedia. Absolute terrible way to treat people as a "hospitality" organization.

Everything was great. They let us check in early which was so nice. We had sunburn from our day at sea the day before. Short trip from Miami port. Room was so comfortable. We recharged and went to a concert. Fyi you can not buy alcohol after midnight on Saturday
