The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern appliances, marble countertops, a glass top stove, oven, and refrigerator. Whether you're cooking up a storm or enjoying a leisurely meal, the contemporary furnishings and kitchen amenities offer all you need for a delightful stay.

Step outside to your private front yard, ideal for savoring morning coffee or evening drinks in a tranquil setting. You'll have access to the entire property, including the front and back units. Enjoy exclusive use of the front apartment and a lovely outdoor patio with lawn and lounge chairs for your relaxation.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.
