Price was ok for 2 nights. Tv stopped working for 4 hours , 1st time I called the front desk at 11:05 am they said they would be there in 15 minutes to fix it. Waited they never came so called back 4 hours later at 3 pm and finally someone came and fixed it. Pool and Hot Tub didn’t use them because they looked very cloudy. Limited breakfast not much there. Eggs tasted salty and like they were powdered. Coffee wasn’t good. I mean for the price it was ok, but they need to upgrade the breakfast and be more attentive to needs of people staying there.

Enjoyed the grounds around the property, along with its proximity to the beach (Seagull Beach is five minutes away). Our room had a nice view of the outdoor pool. The beds were extremely comfortable. However, the facilities themselves seemed a bit "tired". The bathroom in our room was tiny and cramped. Carpets in the hallways were stained in places. Breakfast was included, but the options were limited. There was no coffee ready when we came down for breakfast one morning at 7am, which was disappointing. (Someone did show up after about ten minutes to rectify this oversight.) Overall, not a bad place to stay, but could use some sprucing up.

I stayed here last year and it was just okay. I like to give businesses a second chance and I wished I had not on this one. They got new television sets for the rooms. It would’ve been great but ours would work for about 5 minutes and then switch to display mode (think the screen shots they show at the store). We called the front desk and asked if someone could come down to fix it. They came and “fixed” it, except it did the same thing as before. Our room safe allowed you to lockup your items (but not your laptop because they are too small) but it would not unlock. Again, they came down, used the master key to unlock and then while the staff was there we tried again. Again it would not unlock. Safe was totally unusable. A second call was placed and we were told that they would have a maintenance person come down, but they weren’t on-site. They never showed up. POOR customer service!! When I mentioned this at checkout they acknowledged that they were aware of some rooms not having tv’s that were working correctly! If this is the case, then they shouldn’t rent it out and/or discount said room. While I’m talking about maintenance…our slider lock to the outside area was broken. It was only on the day we were leaving that we discovered that! We were so lucky no one came in and stole our stuff. There were other small things like the wall where they had to fix some drywall but didn’t bother to paint over it to finish it off as well as peeling paint in the bathroom.

Overall good but smells like cigar.

It was nice stay there. It was clean but the room smells like cigarettes and I got suffocated, I liked about free breakfast and indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

Keep up the good work!

I was glad they were able to switch my room on day one from second floor to first floor. The bathroom was disappointing. Pretty small , no sink in bathroom, out in cubby area. Room was not big enough for3 adults. Not Probably going to return unless you have suites or adjoining rooms for families with adult children. The pools were adequate and heated! The whirlpool needs work, to hot for me, the shape was rectangular and the corners were to hot and I couldn’t really relax and I’ve never seen foamy bubbles like the force of the air and water I guess caused this but it wasn’t really a problem. The breakfast was very good. I appreciated the coffee , nice fresh and hot! Good waffle maker, good sausages, my son loved the steamed eggs . Your doing a nice job with the place, if you fix the miniature golf and water features you would increase the beauty of the resort and make playing miniature golf a delightful experience, the broken fences and tattered signs were an eyesore, with a little more effort you could be a shining star and earn a 3 star rating, you could charge a minimum of 1-3 $ for the mini golf and pay the resort back a little.

Take better care of cushions before a expected rain, remove from outside.i did have a staff member take cushions indoors and return them after being dried.
