Walk to Seagull Beach from this Pristine Cape Cod Getaway Home

This house is the perfect vacation spot! You can't get a rental any closer to Seagull Beach (0.4 miles) than this fantastic location. This bright, pristine duplex has many amenities including high-speed WiFi in case you want to stay connected. Swimming and fishing are just a walk away! West Yarmouth is close to Hyannis and centrally located for all Cape attractions.

Enjoy this newly remodeled child friendly home with lots of light. The unit has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a full and twin size beds. Full closets in both bedrooms. The updated kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils and appliances that you'll need, including a K-Cup coffee maker. There's central AC and heat, as well as a cool summer breeze if you choose to keep the windows open. The bathroom has also been updated and there's a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The open living room and dining room has a lovely fireplace that opens up onto a private patio. Enjoy the private outdoor space-- outdoor shower to wash up from a day at the beach and BBQ for some delicious grilling. There's parking for 2 cars on site. A third car may be accommodated upon request.

Fantastic location, nice quiet residential area cottage , easy walk to sea gull beach ( great beach , pure sand and really warm water). also 10 min hop to downtown hyannis. Fit the 4 of us very comfortably. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!!

The property was kept up very nicely, we would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to the beach with our kiddos in their wagon. Great location overall with easy car access for stores/dining. Owners were very responsive and made us feel welcome!

Great Stay

The house was great and met all of our needs as a small family. The area felt very safe, and was a short walk (~7-10 min) to beach. We enjoyed using the grill and found the beds to be comfy, and the rooms spacious enough. The lawn was well manicured and our kids enjoyed playing outside and chasing the bunnies.

We had a great stay. We loved walking to the beach. The path was helpful for pulling a wagon of beach stuff. The house was bright and the space was great for our family. It was convenient to get to restaurants and groceries.

Very nice, well cared for property in great location

Really nice, quiet location, a short walk from Seagull beach. The house is clean, well-cared for and well-appointed with kitchen utensils and cook ware. The outdoor shower works great after a long day at the beach. Nice patio in the sun, located conveniently near the kitchen for meals. Close to several good restaurants, Pirate's Cove and the Pirate Museum. Very happy with our stay.

Beautiful comfortable cottage is prime location

Jack was an exceptional host and his home was loved by our entire family. It is in a great location walking distance to Seagull beach (which saves you the $20 daily parking cost at that beach) and ideally located for short drives to most attractions throughout Cape Cod. Skipper’s restaurant and Mayflower beach (around sunset) were our favorites. We highly recommend Jack’s home and would book it again next time we visit the Cape.

We had a great stay. Property is as pictured on a quiet street. Short walk to Seagull Beach. For our first visit to Cape Cod we loved the location. It is an hour drive to Provincetown, but close to everything else we did.
