Living spaces
An open-concept living area brings everyone together around the indoor fireplace and TV, with a dining area that seats six and a breakfast bar for casual meals. A media room on the ground floor adds another comfortable place to settle in, complete with a large TV and wet bar for cozy nights indoors. Air conditioning, heating, and portable fans help keep the space comfortable in any season.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for meals shared after days in the snow, featuring a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, and generous counter space. A coffee nook with a Nespresso machine starts mornings easily, while the balcony BBQ offers an option for winter grilling. Cookware, dishes, and dining essentials are ready for use, making it simple to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to heartier dinners.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms are spread across the upper and lower levels, providing privacy for up to eight guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that opens into its ensuite with a soaking bathtub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom features a king bed, the third offers a queen bed, and both sit near a shared bathroom with a deep soaking tub and rain shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and an ensuite that also connects to the hallway. A powder room is located on the main level.

Winter days end perfectly in the private hot tub, with outdoor furniture available for enjoying the crisp mountain air. Essentials and conveniences
The townhouse includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, and a smart lock for self check-in. Towels, bed linens, and other essentials are provided, along with a safe, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm. Luggage dropoff is available, and long term stays are welcome.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.
Getting Around:
• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll
• 4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants
• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots
• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. The home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
