The locations is good, about 4-5 minutes to the lift. The beds were very uncomfortable, the elevators very dirty but fast and it seems like the hotel lacks any noise control.

Great location but very noisy and the rooms are ok at best. Seems like there are a lot of partying is going on in the rooms and not much being done about keeping the noise down. Furthermore, the overall service was bad, specially when we requested extra items for the room. We had to actually go get the extra items instead of someone bringing it to our room and when we asked the people doing room service, the were very rude. The hot tub was also broken which is kind of bad considering that's what most people like to do after coming back from the mountain.

We really loved that the suite has a kitchen for us to make our own food, although there are limited pants & pots. The location was right in the village, so easy access to the Whistler village. Overall a great place to stay for a reasonable price.
