"Our time at elephant Friends in Mae Wang was excellent. It was all that we expected and more. The staff is very attentive and polite. Be prepared to walk a bridge from the reception area to your room! It's actually quite cool. I had expected it since I saw it on a YouTube video. However, they will also let you know that as well. If you're expecting the city scape, this is not the place for you! This is rural living at its finest! River flowing, mountains in the landscape, trees, and oh, elephants! Those huge gentle animals. "The room had SUN hitting the window all day! The room was 50 degrees and took 4 hours to get to 35 degrees! The room needs to be shaded from the Sun or run A/C 4 hours before guest arrive! We stayed here 4 times before but never on the HOT SUNNY SIDE of the Hotel! The Pool is Nice and the food brings us back each year! I will ask for a room on the shade side next time! I didn’t know! lol "

"Awesome room. It's 2 bdr 2 bath! The views are awesome and the beds are comfortable. I would suggest adding a microwave. Otherwise, bring instant noodle snacks. "

"I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."
