Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the 600ft sandy beach of East Grand Traverse Bay with a natural wooded setting. Completely renovated and refurbished this spring by European designers, our 1-bedroom condo at the shores is spacious and contemporary. Large deck to relax on and watch the waves from one of the best ground-floor views in the whole complex. Two Flat screen TVs (cable included; 1 Smart TV) in bedroom and family areas. Full bath with vanity area. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, panini grill, blender, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. This beautiful condo, bright and spacious, sits on Grand Traverse Bay amongst a setting of towering pines, a flowing stream, and a beautiful sandy beach. Our ground-floor condo is located on East Grand Traverse Bay at the intersection of US31 and M72.

Pool access: This is a wonderful location regardless, however frustrating for all involved; this past year, the Resort that owns the pool put some strict policies in place only allowing guests that book directly through them or use it - even we as owners can't use it. That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach which is lovely too, and you'll always have access there.

*Please note that some outdoor amenities are not available year-round due to Michigan weather.

There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you'll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Just request the code to access the pool/locker rooms, and you'll be able to use their indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, etc.

You also already have access to their shops, restaurants, and golf. 😌
