Enjoy the sunshine from our beautiful modern condo along a beautiful golf course with natural wooded setting. Completely renovated with all new kitchen appliances and equipped with all you need. Toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc are also included. Flat screen smart TV's (cable and WiFi included) in bedroom and family area. Full bath with vanity area and stocked with toiletries. Gas fireplace also available for use. This condo also features new flooring throughout and all new furnishings - perfect for you to relax upon. This is a ground floor unit with private entrance option that is a barrier-free entrance (no steps leading into private entrance).
Short stays, weekly and monthly are available. The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is less than 5 minutes away from this location. Traverse City is 7 miles away. Bayside Park is less than 5 minutes away and offers sandy beaches & scenic views where you can enjoy a dip in Grand Traverse Bay!
You can't beat this location for easy access to all fun activities this area has to offer, whether it's the Cherry Festival, Turtle Creek Casino, 4 star restaurants, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Old Mission Peninsula or Leelanau Peninsula wineries - it's all here in this breathtaking area!

Other things to note
There is an office space set up that has a printer/scanner for your use. The bedroom has a queen size bed with plush mattress. The couch folds down into a full size sleeper, and a twin size roll-away bed that is stored in the main entry closet (couch can sleep one adult comfortably or 2 kids). The closet also holds a pack & play crib and beach toys for kids. Pool towels are also included for your stay!
