Went here because it had higher ratings than an other Motel 6 and was curious. But it's um...a Motel 6. Came in around 8 to a large motel with maybe a dozen cars in the lot. Still the clerk had crammed all the guests in the back near a trash-laden forest. TV playing through the walls. Just thoughtless. I mean I know I could have asked to move but it was late, and my point is not really that this is awful it's just what you would expect at a Motel 6.

Stayed in winfmg attached to front desk-lobby, which is designed for accessability. Just randomly assigned to me, but will ask for in future as it is fresher feeling than seoarate building with bulk of the room. Very friendly front desk person played with my Frenchie at check-in and departure, making his day.

Staff was very nice. I accidentally selected king bed and wanted double beds. Hotels.com did not let me change without a very expensive penalty fee. The staff were able find me what I wanted though.

I checked in at the front desk and explained to the front desk person that the home I was living in was mold filled and that we had to move out due to myself and my family being ill living in the moldy conditions. I explained all my symptoms that I had suffered due to the mold. He acted very concerned and apologetic to my situation. He hands me the key card to room 105. I am excited to check in to a clean and nice place to lay my head due feeling so tired from packing and moving for the whole month. I go to the room and open the door and pull in my luggage and begin to look around the room. I see to my aww and disgust cat hair on the dining table, mold around the front of the door and then the worst room of all was the bathroom. There was more mold in the bathroom ceiling than I believe was in the house I had just moved out of. I saw spider webs hanging from the bed over head lights also. I just could not believe it. I will never book a room at this motel ever again. Disgusting with a CAPITOL D! Save your money and go to a better night's sleep please! This was the worst mistake of a place to stay in my life.

The headboard literally fell off the wall and hit me in the head while I was sleeping. The room was not clean cigarette burns in the comforter and the toilet would not flush. Almost overflowed we had to shut off the water. Terrible experience.

Besides the fact that the front desk people were extremely nice, there was a couple of roaches in the room I stayed in and I seen a couple outside as well. Now although I know yall can’t fix the outside roach issue , it is possible that yu guys deep clean your rooms so people aren’t disturbed by a roach at 2 in the morning trying to use the bathroom
