Among the nicest properties in Windham. Lovely large home nestled quietly on 12 usable acres with bucolic bridle paths joined to hiking trails. A true feel of Tuscany on the property beginning at the front door. 16' Travertine Dining Island and Professional Kitchen. Seats 14. Wolf Oven / 48” Induction Cooktop. Pickleball /Snowshoe or Cross-Country on the property in Winter. Relax in Spa/Hot Tub /Theatre Room. Prepare meals in professional indoor or outdoor kitchens. The daily rental rate is weekday/weekend driven. HighSeason and Holiday weekends may require 3-4 night minimums respectively. Housekeeping is 275 plus a 500 refundable security deposit.
Mountain bike to multiple destinations. Adjacent views to 30 acre horse farm, pond and Ski Windham. Wedding package details available to discuss. Wedding video encompasses two (2) contiguous properties. Ask owner for clarification on pricing for each. HighSeason and Holiday weekends require 3 or 4 night minimums respectively. Limited access to lift tickets during non holiday periods.

We stayed here for a family wedding and couldn’t have been happier! Rick and Alan were great hosts and super helpful. The property was amazing with so much to offer in and outside of the house. Our kids were obsessed with the pickleball court too ! Highly recommend!

Had a fun time at the house with some friends. We were able to rent both the main house and the yurt (which was fantastic!) The new pickleball court is great and provided hours of fun.

Place is beautiful with a great view of the mountain from the porch. Real ski house feel inside, with a long kitchen island and a nice game room downstairs w an indoor hot tub. Might go back next year!

Rick’s property is unbelievably beautiful. There are so many things to do and keep busy, pickle ball, baci, horseshoes and a view that is epic. Thoroughly enjoyed our time, would recommend to anyone.

Amazing House!

Stayed here with a group of friends, and loved it! We had terrible weather, but the house was the best place to be stuck inside. We made pizzas in the outdoor oven, and enjoyed the hot tub. Can't recommend enough! The property manager Alan was awesome.

Beautiful place, view is prime. The outdoor fire is awesome, the perfect spot to gather around. The myriad games are such great things to have. We left once over 3 days/nights. Owner and manager are super friendly and made the process seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from Home

Property is as advertised! The home is magnificent and plenty of room for a big group! Outdoor deck/kitchen is where you will spend most of your time. You will not be disappointed with this house.
