Recently built cottage in the grounds of detached family home. Set back from the A4095 a detached dwelling built and fitted to a high standard to include a super king zip and link bed/sitting room, sofa, fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, hob, oven and fridge. There is a fully tiled shower room, wash hand basin and WC. Outside, there is parking for two cars and lovely garden. RECOMMENDED

Perfect property for 2 people. Very clean, well equipped and very well located. Relaxing and peaceful

Lovely property with wonderful garden and quiet position, perfect for relaxing after our weekend full on equine course. Wonderful hosts who provided everything you could wish for from tea and coffee to cereals, jams and honey. We visited Churchill's grave and nearby Woodstock. Blenhiem is only over the road and you can walk into the parkland. Well done to our hosts!

Beautiful and Cozy!

This is a beautiful little apartment set in a lovely garden. It has been perfectly designed to give privacy from the owners home, which is ideal. It is decorated to a very high standard and is immaculate inside and out. If you wish, you can walk to Blenheim Palace and it's only a short car ride away from Woodstock. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. What more could you want!

So pretty, clean and romantic, being very quiet and snug for two. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Lovely touches having milk, fruit, coffee and cakes on arrival. Owners always on hand to help and advise and easy to talk to. Very close to Blenheim Palace, Woodstock (both you could walk to) and Oxford. Would happily have stayed a lot longer. Would totally recommend.

Perfect little retreat

Manse Cottage is ideally located to visit Blenheim Palace (a 3 minute walk takes you to pedestrian gates) & to explore the wider Cotswolds region. It is furnished & equipped to the highest level & you feel 'at home' as soon as you walk through the door. I knew Janet was going to be a fantastic host when she messaged me to ask our milk preference! And she most definitely did not disappoint. Thank you Janet. We will look forward to staying at Manse Cottage again in the future.

Perfect for visiting Blenheim Palace

Great location for visiting the Christmas light trail at Blenheim - just a 20 minute walk away. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very well equiped, and warm & toasty on a -4degC night. Janet was a very welcoming & helpful host. Highly recommended, and we will certainly book again when we're next back this way.

So homely and inviting

Janet really goes the extra mile with the cottage and how well presented it is. Every little touch adds to the magic and she’d made it all festive for the stay - lovely and very considerate. It’s close to so many things - Woodstock is Great and Blenheim palace is also on the doorstep.

Super clean quiet lovely place!!

We loved our stay, the cottage was fantastic and really clean, Janet and Mark have thought of every detail and there was nothing lacking at all. It is a very quiet place and very close to the Costwolds, Oxford city and Blenheim palace, we loved it so much we are returning soon for another break!
