New and clean compared to other lodging options. However, the sound insulation is poor — we could clearly hear people talking and walking in the hallway, especially when guests returned from aurora viewing after 3 a.m., which disturbed our sleep.

One of the guests pulled the fire alarm twice in the middle of the night during our four night stay. I understand this is not something that the staff can control but it was frustrating nonetheless. I was underwhelmed by the hours of the on site restaurant for in house dining. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is a really nice property. The airport shuttle was a great perk. Upgraded my room which was very appreciated. Lounge was nice (didn't try the food), breakfast was reasonably priced. Staff very nice.

Not the best stay. Started by having to switch rooms because the card reader was dead. Then the new room I had had wet floors when I checked in. The bathroom smelt musty. Finally, the fire alarm went off two nights in a row. No explanation given. Not the best being woken up twice later in the evening.
