We stayed in a cabin which was basic and alright. Check in was laborious and the room wasnât ready until after 6pm. The cabin didnât have wifi. Thereâs a big canteen which is first come first served which we avoided and popped out to the nearby town for a really nice meal. If I visited the area again i would probably stay outside the park and drive in daily (itâs 5 miles).
Great location for a home base near the North entrance. Stayed in the cabins and it was a little cramped, but, how long do you stay in the room. The little â Townâ had good options for food. Near the Lamar Valley, which is a must stop!!
The Cabins had no amenities- no tv, no wifi, no coffee maker, they had a heater but no a/c. Very tight living for the daily room charge, styled in the 1950âs. I was told to expect a refund as we only stayed one night.
