"The staff were friendly and helpful despite me knowing very little Japanese. The rooms were kept clean and amenities were replaced every day, I was traveling solo so I didn't even need to request for anything. The room was comfortable and the AC was a good relief from the hot temperature. The hotel is near 7-Eleven and Lawsons, so I never had to worry about getting last minute groceries or cash. I only noted 2 downsides. There's no laundry machines, so you have to go down the road to a nearby laundromat and pay to wash your clothes. The other downside is it's not really near a JR train, so if you get the JR pass your options are to still pay at Otorii station or walk like 20 min to Seibijo station to use the Tokyo Monorail. Getting to and from Haneda Airport was super easy with the shuttle though, which was a huge plus for me. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend it."

"Bigger sized room compared to the rest of the hotels we stayed during our trip. Convenient walkable location to train station and convenience stores. Airport shuttle is an awesome perk so you don’t have to worry about transportation to the airport!"
