The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash and dry any used dishes and return to cabinet. Clean and wipe down the kitchen sink and stove. Clean up any spills in the fridge.
Put USED bath and kitchen towels in the hamper. Gather any trash from bath, bedroom, and living room and put in the kitchen garbage can under the sink
Set heat to 68 or turn off ACs in summer. Turn off fans and lights. Excess trash can be bagged and put in garbage can next to the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Parties! No outside overnight guests. Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. This is a residential area. Be respectful of the neighbors, keep it down!
No vaping. No illegal substances or illicit behavior. No food/ drink in the bedrooms. Laundry $6/load, no bulky items. Pay in app or leave on washer.
Please do not disable or tamper with security cameras. smoke detectors, CO detectors, Wifi controlled devices. Contact Kevin for assistance.

We loved this apartment. It's exactly as pictured ... cozy but plenty of room; spotlessly clean; a great getaway. Kevin and Jaki went above and beyond digging us out of the snow and even cleaning off my car. We will be back when it's warmer to enjoy that upper porch!
