"The hotel offered transfer from the hotel to the airport at no charge. It should also offer airport pickup and transfer to the hotel as it was too far to walk to even with luggage. - even if the my charged a fee for the round trip service."

"There was no ice to be found and we asked staff, they do not provide ice. There was no shampoo in the shower just a 3 in 1 body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Lack of storage space for clothing. Beware it is a very expensive taxi ride to Reykjavík. 150,000-200,000 krona. We ended up taking flybus to airport ..."
