Good food and excellent service if you tip. The crew there all works hard and is very understanding if you don’t speak their language. All the facilities were amazing. Great place for a honeymoon in the winter season.

This place is not worth the money. The “all inclusive” is not actually all inclusive most decent drinks are extra steak and lobster extra essentially everything good that you expect is EXTRA this is fine if you want a budget friendly resort but for $500 a night this is unacceptable. . Restaurant selections are slim only 2 the buffet is terrible. Front desk extremely unfriendly. But the staff treated us well. No spa this would be a great 2 star resort. But for the money we payed it was absolutely not worth it. We couldn’t even enjoy the water at the beautiful beach bc right where this resort is red flags were up.

Room issues
Room allocated on arrival was in poor condiction, Fridge didn't work, Cold tap on bath broken, patio table and floor not clean and cigartte ash on floor despite havign to sign a disclaimer on smoking during check-in. Moved room on second day which was much better. Hotel beach very good

Staff was very helpful, the value of cost at this hotel was wonderful, the only downside for us was the restaurants just so-so, I would stay here again for our next trip to Cancun

We had a nice time, we enjoyed our room. The dining options were limited. I suggest getting breakfast only in the inclusive package. Not the full package. Your own your own with the shuttle back to the airport, the hotel doesn't assist you. Also, the signage could've been better getting around the resort. Everyone was friendly and hospitable. Especially the workers at the breakfast buffet.

The staff doesn't say hello when they see you. When you ask them for a drink or something they take a while to bring it or they don't bring it. You call the reception and they don't solve any problem, they say they transfer you to a manager who never answers the phone. The food at the buffet is not varied, and it sells out quickly and they don't put it back. The facilities are good as are the rooms and common areas. The hotel does not have a lobby. They do activities in the pool area but if it rains they don't have a lobby to sit in you have to go to the room. the food is quite limited. I stayed 4 nights and the system they have for booking in specialized restaurants always has problems. In the 4 days we could only reserve for one restaurant because the system did not allow reservations for the other (Fasano). We called the reception for help and the receptionist did not help us. Customer service is a disaster. It is my sixth time visiting Cancun but if this hotel had been the first I would not return to Cancun again.
